Mohadi is a town and a tehsil in Bhandara subdivision of Bhandara district in Nagpur revenue Division in the Berar region in the state of Maharashtra, India.It is located on the State Highway-273 [Bhandara - Tumsar].

there is the temple of goddess chandeshwari, it is very famous temple among hindu. This temple is about 300 years old.
