The "Miss Malaysia World" was held at the Corus Hotel on August 28, 2016, the winner is Tatiana Kumar from Kuala Lumpur. All twenty contestants from different states competed for the crown. Tatiana represented Malaysia at the Miss World 2016 but Unplaced.
