Mike Filer (born May 6, 1990) is a Canadian football offensive lineman for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He was drafted 31st overall by the Calgary Stampeders, attended training camp and was released by the Stampeders on June 23, 2012. He was signed as a free agent by the Tiger-Cats on August 12, 2012. Filer played CIS football with the Mount Allison Mounties from 2008 to 2011.

Filer committed to Mount Allison University in the spring of 2008, and by the third week of the regular season was starting at right guard as a true freshman for the Mounties.
