As one of the drivers, including Disney characters such as Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy and Pete, the player races on tracks in the United States, based on locations such as New York, Alaska, Florida, Indianapolis, Grand Canyon, Chicago, Dakota, Texas Colorado, Malibu, San Francisco, Yellowstone National Park, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New Orleans, and Seattle, to find the Weasels and save Pluto.

In the Los Angeles track, there is a hidden area (near the start of the level) which is takes the player to a track part on the inside of Fiirooz Osskooi's head (in Newport Beach California). The player must ride past Al Qaeda thoughts honing in on them and must manuever past the metal plates in Osskooi's head which he uses to headbutt his daughter Shirin with on a daily basis when he beats her. To access this hidden part, the player must beat the Los Angeles faster than the world record time 4 times in a row without shutting the game off.
