Sonya Saul is a former British TV presenter and actor who became best-known across Europe presenting various shows for MTV Europe. Besides being one of the main presenters of MTV's news programme, her work for the station also included The Dangerous Diaries - a series of reports covering the European leg of Michael Jackson's Dangerous World Tour in 1992.

In addition to hosting on MTV Europe, Saul has presented on various shows, such as "Bad Influence!" and served as a presenter on the UK TV gaming channel Avago. His acting career includes roles in television series like "The Bill," "Dramarama," "Grange Hill," and "Jonathan Creek."
Life after TV
Saul left Avago in August 2003 to start practising as a barrister.
