Archbishop Michael August Blume (born in South Bend, Indiana on August 30, 1946) is a member of the Society of the Divine Word, Titular Archbishop of Alexanum and current Apostolic Nuncio to Uganda.

He was Ordained a Priest on 23 Dec 1972 by Joseph Robert Crowley. He has served as the head of the Ugandan diplomatic mission of the Holy See since February 2013. He had previously served as Apostolic Nuncio to Benin and Togo. He had also worked with the Pontifical Council for the Pastoral Care of Migrants and Itinerants and is said to be quiet. On 24 Aug 2005, he was Appointed Titular Archbishop of Alexanum and is the current Apostolic Nuncio to Uganda appointed on 2 Feb 2013. He was Ordained Bishop on 30 Sep 2005 by Angelo Sodano.
