Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, DeLuca grew up in Delaware County with her mother, father, and siblings. Although it's unknown which school she attended, she graduated high school in 2016. DeLuca leads a relatively private personal life as she lets her work speak for her.
Growing up, she didn’t particularly plan on becoming a model. She was simply busy with her school life until her mother encouraged her to apply to an I Love Redheads contest, which she won. Although, as of 2021, Megan hasn’t graduated from college, she has expressed interest in going back to school to study fitness and nutrition.

Ever since DeLuca’s won the contest, it quickly caused a surge in the number of her Instagram followers, as she had pages reposting her pictures and photographers asking to shoot her.
As of 2021, DeLuca has over a million Instagram followers and counting. Besides her career as a model, she also supports herself by posting exclusive, behind-the-scenes videos of her photoshoots on Patreon. The young model has also made a name for herself in the streaming industry, as she often live streams herself playing video games to the popular streaming service Twitch.
DeLuca is an ambitious model with many goals she wants to achieve in her career. Her biggest goal, career-wise, is to be featured in Sports Illustrated magazine. Family
DeLuca has an older brother named Bob, a younger brother, and a younger sister named Danielle. DeLuca and Danielle are five years apart. The two sisters share a close relationship, filming YouTube videos, attending concerts, and going to Comic-Con together.
