Matthew Grzesiak (Polish: Mateusz Grzesiak; born April 3, 1980, Bialystok) - Polish personal development coach, author of books about psychology of success, change and relationships, emotional intelligence and mindfulness.

Education
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (2004) and the Faculty of Psychology SWPS Uniwersytet Humanistycznospoleczny (2008). He is a graduate doctoral studies in management and finance in the School of Economics (2009), he received a scholarship the Rhine Friedrich Wilhelm University in Bonn (2002-2003).
Activity
In 2005 he founded the Group Matthew Grzesiak (GRMG) organizes training for broad-based personal development and communication. From 2013 is president of the board of Starway. He is the author of books and press releases, has its own TV training. It occurs as an expert in television programs (including old version of Kawa czy Herbata "Dzien Dobry TVN" ), radiowych and publications prasowych. Additionally, it offers channel on YouTube, which shows movies on self-development and modern business practices. He also conducts a series of interviews and "Insights", as well as copyright training in Poland and abroad - in Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador), South America (Brazil) and Europe (Italy , Germany, Ireland, England).
Co-led conferences and meetings motivational, performing, among others, alongside Robert Cialdini, Anthony Robbins, Robert Kiyosakiego, Randy Gage, Jack Canfield and Blair Singer.
Criticism
Mateusz Grzesiak's techniques based on neuro-linguistic programming, his work and methods of influence are often criticised in Polish media, e.g. in magazines such as Polityka Newsweek. and Tygodnik Powszechny.
In the June 2015 article Misja Mateusz (Matthews Mission), his former colleagues and coaches claim that "Grzesiak gives a bad name to the industry" although "is rather an unusually gifted motivational speaker than a teacher and coach". They also criticize him for a lack of consistency in his professed views, lies, aggression, mobbing, sexism, unethical behavior and conducting psychological experiments on clients. The author of the article also points out that Grzesiak is not a certified coach and as such is not under supervision. It is also suggested that he covers evidence of previous activities, for example his NLP seminars.
