Matt White (born August 23, 1989) is an American professional ice hockey forward. He is currently playing with the Manchester Monarchs of the ECHL.

Amateur
White played junior hockey for the Omaha Lancers of the USHL before joining the University of Nebraska-Omaha Mavericks in the WCHA. He played junior hockey from 2007 to 2010 and college hockey from 2010 to 2013.
Professional
On October 1, 2013, White signalled the end of his collegiate career in signing a one-year contract with the Ontario Reign of the ECHL. In the 2013–14 season, White endured a successful rookie season in contributing with 22 goals and 57 points in 71 games with the Reign.
On August 2, 2014, White opted to pursue a european career in signing a one-year deal as a free agent with Slovenian club, HDD Olimpija Ljubljana who participated in the Austrian Hockey League (EBEL). 10 games into the 2014–15 season, despite having produced 2 goals and 4 asssits, White sought an immediate release due to homesickness on October 16, 2014. On October 23, White returned to the Ontario Reign in signing a one-year contract.
On July 28, 2015, White remained within the Los Angeles Kings ECHL affiliation, signing a one-year contract with the Manchester Monarchs.
Inline hockey
White has represented United States in inline hockey internationals and played in both the 2013 and 2014 IIHF Inline Hockey World Championship. He scored 13 points (9 goals and 4 assists) in 2013, and was the second in points in the 2014 edition, with 17 — 10 goals and 7 assists. He led the tournament in goals.
