Marilyn Goldwater was an American politician from Maryland and a member of the Democratic Party. She was a Member of House of Delegates, 1975–86, and January 11, 1995, to August 27, 2007, when she resigned. She represented Maryland's Legislative District 16 in Montgomery County.

Goldwater was born in Boston, Massachusetts. She graduated from the Mount Sinai Hospital School of Nursing in New York City in 1948 as a registered nurse (RN) before working as an emergency room nurse and hospital administrator. Goldwater has been active on issues relating to health care and women's rights.
