Manorbier railway station is 1 mile (1.6 km) north of Manorbier in the triangle completed by Jameston and St. Florence. It lies on the Pembroke Dock branch of the West Wales Line operated by Arriva Trains Wales.
Trains run to Pembroke Dock, calling at Pembroke, Pembroke Dock and Lamphey. They also run to Carmarthen via Penally, Tenby, Saundersfoot, Kilgetty, Whitland, and Carmarthen.
Most eastbound trains continue through to Llanelli & Swansea, with two continuing to Cardiff Central each weekday. The line is local, trains stop at minor stations, as well as the major ones. Connections are available at Swansea for Cardiff, Newport and stations in England for those trains that terminate there.
