LHEA is sponsored by its Ofsted Outstanding rated sister school, Lynch Hill School Primary Academy; both of which form the basis of a multi-academy trust: The Learning Alliance Academy Trust.

The Enterprise Academy works with local businesses in Slough to prepare students for the world of work, offering a curriculum based on enterprise and work-based learning for life.

The curriculum and learning opportunities at LHEA allow students to combine academic and vocational learning in purpose-built facilities.
