Album info

The album was recorded live at Mushroom studios, Vancouver for Music Line records of Canada Ltd. on September 14, 1986.

This record was available by mail order as a bonus for people who bought Silent Treatment. Live in the studio recording of Long John performing songs from his acoustic repertoire.

Although possibly the rarest Baldry album, Long John Baldry & Friends was also issued on a German CD addition of Silent Treatment in 1987. It also makes up the majority of A Touch of The Blues (1989) which is available on vinyl and CD but is equally rare.
