Ellen 'Linnea' Petrea Henriksson (born 9 November 1986) is a Swedish singer and songwriter. Henriksson participated in Idol 2010 where she placed fourth. She is also currently the lead singer of the jazz band Prylf. In 2012 she released her first music album which she had written and produced along with singer Orup. During the summer of 2013 Henriksson toured Sweden along with the band Gyllene Tider.

Early life

Henriksson was born in Halmstad, Sweden, and stood on a public stage for the first time in 1995 when she participated in the TV4 singing show Småstjärnorna. She got her music education at Skurups folkhögskola, and in 2007 she met other singers and musicians and started the jazz band Prylf and became the band's lead singer. In 2010 Prylf released their first music album called Kind of Green.

2010–present: Idol 2010 and Gyllene Tider

From August to December 2010 Henriksson participated in the singing competition Idol 2010, broadcast on TV4. She finished in fourth place, and later that year she landed a record deal with Sony Music and Epic. During her time on Idol she made it through to the final twelve during a qualification week being voted into the Top 12 along with singer Geir Rönning during the broadcast. Henriksson landed in the bottom two only once during her time at Idol 2010, having to do a sing-off with Elin Blom and escaping elimination by higher number of public votes.

In 2011 she released her first solo music single "Väldigt kär/Obegripligt ensam" which she had written and produced together with Orup. Also parts of Henriksson's first solo music album Till mina älskade och älskare, which was released on 30 May 2012 was co-written along with Orup.

During the summer of 2012 Henriksson went on a summer tour around Sweden, and during the fall she did an extended music tour in several Swedish cities.

On 19 January 2013, Henriksson was voted "Artist of the Year 2012" by P3:s listeners for the yearly P3 Gold gala receiving the most votes. During June to August 2013 Henriksson will join the music tour of the band Gyllene Tider all around Sweden as their opening act. This after being personally invited by the band to join them during their tour.

In late July Henriksson became the first live act to perform inside the new Tele2 Arena in Stockholm, as she was the opening act for Gyllene Tider as they were to play at the arena.

Henriksson's songs have been part of other music collection albums such as Rix Fm – Bäst musik just nu, Lugna Favoriter 2013, Hits for Kids – Winter Party, Absolute Music 71, Absolute Hits 2012, Absolute Kidz 33, NRJ Part 2012, Absolute Music 70, 50 Svenska Sommarhits.

Henriksson's song "Enastående" was part of the soundtrack to the Swedish movie Once Upon a Time in Phuket. She collaborated with the Swedish DJ Avicii in his song "Hope There's Someone", which is included in his debut album True.

On 8 December 2014, Henriksson was one of the hosts of Musikhjälpen 2014.
