Limor Shreibman-Sharir (in Hebrew: לימור שרייבמן-שריר) is an Israeli writer and physician. She was Miss Israel in 1973 and placed fifth in the Miss Universe pageant.
Limor Sharir was born and grew up in Tel Aviv, Israel. The daughter of Eliezer Shreibman, a school principal.
She graduated from Tichon Ironi Alef high school. In 1972 she enlisted in the Israeli army, and in 1973 she won Israel's beauty queen contest. She was a contestant in the Miss Universe contest held in Greece in 1973 and placed fifth. When the competition was over, Sharir returned to the IDF as a clerk of general Shmuel Gonen who had since been promoted to Southern Command of the Israel Defense Forces.
After completion of her military service she began the study of medicine at Sapienza University of Rome, Italy. Later, she would study at the Sackler faculty of medicine of Tel Aviv University where she would earn her medical doctorate.
Her dissertation was presented to an international conference in New York and subsequently published in The Journal of Thoracic Cardiovascular Surgery.
She made her Internship in Sheba Medical Center, where she worked several years. Today she is a volunteer of Physicians for Human Rights-Israel.
Since the academic year 2010–2011 she coordinates a new course, designed by her especially for medical students, combining Literature and medicine studies in Tel Aviv University Medical school. She is a member in The Israeli Organization for Medical Education.
Sharir was a prose advisor for Carmel publishing house. Today she is a member of The Israeli Council for Culture and Arts in Ministry of Culture and Sport. The Israeli Council for Culture and Arts members, in Ministry of Culture and Sport site She is a member of the editing board of "Moznayim" – the monthly Magazine of Hebrew Writers Association in Israel and the editor of culture and medicine section in "Reshet Refua" site.
Her book "God and Elvira" published originally in 2005 in Hebrew, translated into Italian language and published in Italy in 2012.
Sharir's literature world is influenced by her medical occupation and in her books she is following after peoples' descriptions, doubts, emotions and the relations between them from their point of view. In her books collections she combines realistic stories along with Prose poetry.

In 1938 the world they knew was changing when Germany occupied Austria, and they became Third Reich citizens. Using their thoughts and deeds we learn about Austrian people's attitude toward Jews and the author is dealing with ethical, political and Medical ethical issues as they are seen by the novel's heroes – a non-Jews Austrians.

Darya is a Greek legends scholar, whose heroes are going through metamorphosis and without paying attention, she and the men in her life are going through metamorphosis either.

The stories finished without clear end and the reader is left contemplate and wonder.

The plot is going on in the days of king Hassan II of Morocco. Naim, a twelve years old boy, living with his parents in Marrakesh. His father, Mahmud Laishi, a journalist and the editor of "Morocco News",was murdered because his political view. The story describes Morocco as a wild country, full of magic and decadence, sex and submission to the monarchic dictatorship. The murder changed Naim's life, who undergoes adventures paved by risks in his escaping way to Andalusia.

A biographical-Philosophical book based on Limor Sharir's conversations with prof. Judith Buber-Agassi, Martin Buber's granddaughter. Sharir's conversations with Buber-Agassi combines with abundant knowledge about the period and the family and reveal untold aspects about the important philosopher and provide the book its uniqueness.
Reflections – Letters to imaginary heroes in my books and life , Carmel Publishing House, 2013.
Sharir is corresponding with her books heroes. She interprets her writing motives, imbuing her heroes soul and exposed the link between her and her heroes. The book contains also six short stories in which she corresponds with figures from her life – unclear if they are real or fabricate.
