Li Xuerui (born January 24, 1991 in Chongqing) is a badminton player from China and one of the most successful players of her time. As of August 2016 she is the world No. 3 women's singles player and the 2012 Olympic singles champion. She graduated with a BA from Huachiao University and was the runner-up in the 2013 and 2014 World Championships.
