Langat Singh College is a college in Muzaffarpur, in the Indian state of Bihar. It was established on 3 July 1899, and is one of the cities oldest college. It is named after its founder Langat Singh.

The college is commonly known as L S College. It offers vocational courses, among them a three-year vocational degree in Industrial Microbiology.
On 10 December 2014, NAAC accredited college by A grade. Its first college in Bihar which get success in first time.
Rajendra Prasad, the first president of India, taught English and History in the college for a year term. The college hosted Mahatma Gandhi on 11 April 1917 on his way to Champaran Satyagraha, staying with J.B. Kripalani and H.R. Malkani.
The present principal of the college is Dr. Upendra Kunwar. It is affiliated with B.R.A Bihar University, Muzaffarpur. Some of the previous Principals include Prof. Mahendra Pratap, Prof. Sukhnandan Prasad, Prof. Nand Kishore Sharma, Prof. Arun Kumar Sinha, Prof. Abhay Kumar Shrivastava, Prof. R D Pandey, Prof. Suniti Pandey, etc. The college has a building incorporating Indo-Sarcenic architectural style, modeled after Balliol College of Oxford.
History
The college was founded in 1899. Babu Langat Singh played the most prominent part in its establishment. In 1900, the college was affiliated to Calcutta University. It was declared a Government College in 1915 and subsequently affiliated to Patna University in 1917. In 1952, Bihar University was established with headquarters at Muzaffarpur and the college was affiliated to it. The post-graduate Departments of Bihar University split from this institution in 1979. In 1984 post-graduate studies of various streams were restored.
