  • On April 17, 2009, an Línea Turística Aereotuy Cessna 208 Caravan aircraft crashed shortly after taking off from Canaima, Venezuela, killing one person. The aircraft had been chartered by the First Choice tour operator to take holiday makers to the Canaima National Park.
