Klugajny [kluˈɡai̯nɨ] (German Klogehnen) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Miłakowo, within Ostróda County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north-east of Miłakowo, 39 km (24 mi) north of Ostróda, and 37 km (23 mi) north-west of the regional capital Olsztyn.
