Kinley Dorji

Dasho Kinley Dorji (Dzongkha: ཕྲིན་ལས་རྡོ་རྗེ་; Wylie: Phrin-las Rdo-rje) is the secretary of the Ministry of Information and Communications in Bhutan. His former post was as Managing Director and Editor in Chief of Kuensel, Bhutan's national newspaper.

He has been a strong proponent of Gross National Happiness (GNH) as an alternative for Human Development. He currently lives in Thimphu with his three children and wife. He graduated from Mitchell College in New South Wales, Australia, and the Journalism school of Columbia University.
