Life

She graduated from Harvard University magna cum laude and from Stanford University with a Ph.D. She is Director of the Program on U.S.-Russia Relations at the Harriman Institute.

Her work has appeared in Foreign Affairs, the Huffington Post, and the International Herald Tribune.
