Life and career
Lawley was born in Sioux City, Iowa. In summer 2015, he starred as Cameron in his first film, The Chosen. The film premiered at the 2015 VidCon convention. At the 2015 Teen Choice Awards, Lawley won the award for Choice YouTuber.
In 2016, he co-starred with Bella Thorne in the comedy Shovel Buddies. In March 2016, the film was selected and premiered at SXSW Festival. Lawley also played "Bean Boy" in the 2016 Tyler Perry comedy Boo! A Madea Halloween.
In January 2017, Lawley announced his new show H8TERS with his best friend JC Caylen. Also that year, he appeared alongside Zoey Deutch, Halston Sage, and Logan Miller in the film Before I Fall.
