Khazar Ibrahim (Azerbaijani: Xəzər İbrahim, born May 30, 1978 in Azerbaijan) is an adviser for Azerbaijan's ambassador to the United States.

He graduated from the Baku State University, Azerbaijan, with an MA in International Relations, from Georgetown University, Washington, D.C., with an MA in Security Studies.
Career
He is a career diplomat, serving as the Foreign Ministry's press secretary before a posting to the Azerbaijani Embassy in the United States and several political-military related positions in Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry.
