Kentucky Route 465 (KY 465) is a 7.199-mile-long (11.586 km) state highway in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The highway connects mostly rural areas of Gallatin County with Carson and Sparta.

Route description

KY 465 begins at an intersection with KY 47 in Carson, within the southwestern part of Gallatin County. This intersection is just northeast of the Carroll County line. It travels to the northeast, paralleling Lick Creek, and curves to the east-northeast. It travels under a bridge that carries KY 1039. It intersects the southern terminus of KY 1130 Spur and then the southern terminus of KY 1039. The highway intersects KY 35 (Sparta Pike) just west of the western edge of Sparta. It briefly travels through the city and then travels along the eastern edge of it. After curving to the south-southeast, it leaves the city and crosses over Lost Branch. It curves to the northeast and then to the northwest. KY 465 travels over Interstate 71 (I-71). It curves to a northerly direction and meets its eastern terminus, an intersection with KY 455 (Johnson Road).
