Professional career

On May 6, 2016, the Green Bay Packers signed Brice as an undrafted free agent after he went undrafted during the 2016 NFL Draft.

Brice started his rookie season as the third free safety on the Packer's depth chart behind veterans Ha Ha Clinton-Dix and Chris Banjo. After Chris Banjo suffered an injury and subsequently was released on October 31, 2016, Brice was moved into the primary backup free safety position. Although he appeared in the Packer's first two regular season games, Brice did not register a statistic until Week 3. He finished the Week 3 victory over the Detroit Lions with two combined tackles. On November 13, 2016, he collected a season-high five combined tackles and a pass deflection during the Packer's 25-47 loss to the Tennessee Titans. The following week, Brice made three solo tackles during a 24-42 loss to the Washington Redskins.
