Ken Naganuma (長沼 健, Naganuma Ken, September 5, 1930 – June 2, 2008) was a Japanese football player and manager. From 1994 to 1998, he was the president of the Japan Football Association.

Ken Naganuma played for Furukawa Electric.
Coaching career
Ken Naganuma became manager for Japan national team from 1962 to 1969 and from 1972 to 1976. He led Japan to 1968 Summer Olympics Bronze Medal.
Death
On June 2, 2008, Ken Naganuma died. (aged 77, Pneumonia)
