Lobb was employed as Product Manager of Taxan USA between 1989 and 1991, where he worked on games for the Nintendo Entertainment System such as Burai Fighter, Low G Man, and G.I. Joe. After Taxan closed down, Lobb was then briefly employed by Namco Hometek, where he worked on the localization of the Genesis versions of Rolling Thunder 2 and Splatterhouse 2.
