Kelvin Wu King Shiu is a Hong Kong businessman. He is the principal partner of AID Partners Capital Ltd., among other holdings. Prior to founding AID Partners, Mr. Wu was the President of Investec Asia, a subsidiary of Investec Bank (UK) in Asia.

In 2009 Wu was subjected to a disciplinary action by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong connected with his management of China Everbright Capital Ltd., and was banned from securities trading for two and a half years.
Acquisition of HMV Hong Kong, Singapore
In 2013 Wu acquired the Hong Kong and Singapore outlets of the bankrupt music retail chain HMV. He indicated plans to extend the company's focus beyond music retail, and obtained the right to expand into mainland China. Also, Wu plans to relaunch a music sales platform, tailor-made for the Hong Kong and Singapore markets, to allow online music purchases and streaming. He stated that he is confident of doubling revenues of HK$300 million within two years.
