Moreno with more than 15 years in the fashion world, She started her career in the Miss Venezuela 2001 pageant representing Aragua state. In 2002, she represented Venezuela in the World Super Model contest in Beirut, Lebanon, where she won the title. After winning the World Super Model contest, Keidy signed to numerous model agencies around the world.
She has appeared in campaigns for Triumph, Garnier, Wella, Special K, Oil of Olay, Pantene, L'oreal, Clairol, Koleston, Nivea, Swarovski, Johnnie Walker, Christian Audigier, and Victoria's Secret. Keidy has appeared in different music videos for Grammy-winning singer Juan Luis Guerra's Mi Bendicion. She has also appeared in different commercials and work with American rapper T.I. , Wella hair spray. Lexus and many more.
