Kathy Fields (born January 1947) is an American actress and photographer. Her most notable acting role was as the lead character's girlfriend in the 1971 film Johnny Got His Gun, a performance that included a then-unusual nude scene. She later became a professional photographer.

Fields is the daughter of agent and producer Freddie Fields and his first wife, actress Edith Fellows. She married actor David Lander (best known as Squiggy in Laverne & Shirley) in 1979.
