Kappa Ebisen (かっぱえびせん) is a Japanese snack food produced by Calbee of Japan in Hatsukaichi, Hiroshima. It is a crunchy, shrimp-flavored snack resembling french fries that is very popular in Japan. The version produced by Calbee America is called Shrimp Flavored Chips.
