Born in Edmonton, Alberta to a Peruvian mother and a Canadian father, she grew up in Vancouver, British Columbia and she trained as a ballet dancer. Training at the prestigious Royal Winnipeg Ballet School and the Walnut Hill School, in Natick, MA. She made her acting debut in the 2003 award winning Canadian Independent Film: Part of the Game. After this she has gone onto guest star on numerous shows including Supernatural, Smallville, Blade: The Series and Psych.
