Early life and career

Born Joshua Aaron Manarchuck in Carbondale, Pennsylvania, U.S. to Andrew Manarchuck and Chana Brodi Manarchuck. Aaron is the youngest of five children. Joshua Aaron's musical influences started early while growing up with an Israeli-Jewish parent.

Aaron may be most known for his Hebrew rendition of the popular Chris Tomlin song, "How Great is Our God" (Gadol Elohai), released to YouTube in 2012. Aaron's youtube music videos have since gathered more than six million views worldwide and continue to reach both Jewish and Christian audiences. Joshua Aaron earned his first Independent Music Award for his original song "Hoshiana" in 2013 and another in 2014, for his original title song "You Are Holy". Aaron visited China to perform solo concert at Poly DMC Theatre on June 7’, 2015.
