Johnny W. Bell (born June 15, 1965) is an American politician and a Democratic member of the Kentucky House of Representatives representing District 23 since January 2007.

Bell earned his BS from Western Kentucky University and his JD from Northern Kentucky University's Salmon P. Chase College of Law.
