Biography
Slaby was born in Ashland, Wisconsin. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Career
Slaby was elected to the Assembly in 1970. From 1960 to 1971, he was District Attorney of Price County, Wisconsin. He is a Democrat.
