Korean dessert sujeonggwa
Jeonggwa, also spelled jeongwa, is a variety of hangwa (Korean traditional confectionery) made by boiling fruits, plant roots, seeds in honey, mullyeot (물엿, liquid candy), or sugar. It is similar to jam, marmalade or jelly.
