Career

Panathinaikos are closing in on the transfer of Jens Wemmer who has been released from Paderborn. On 29 May 2015, Jens Wemmer sign his three-year deal with Giannis Anastasiou's team Panathinaikos for an undisclosed fee. "I'm very happy that I signed for such a great club and all I want is to win many titles in Greece and take part with the team in the European competitions. I'm ready for the big challenge and I hope that our fans will support us” , were 29-year old's words and added for his former club "There were seven years in Paderborn, I grew up with the SC from the 3.
