Jeannie Chan (Chinese: 陳瀅; born October 22, 1989), is an actress and model based in Hong Kong. She was born in Toronto and grew up in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. After graduating from University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Business Administration, she joined the modeling agency Starzpeople. Since then, Jeannie has been in many Hong Kong ads and commercials, usually working with skin care, makeup and fashion brands. In the recent years, she has been a part of a few Hong Kong movies, the most notable one being Cold War (film) in 2012 and Horseplay (2014 film) in 2014.

Early and Personal Life
Jeannie's biological father died of brain cancer before she was born so she was raised by her grandmother. She is close with her stepfather who runs a successful business in Guangzhou. She didn't have much time between her and her mother as a kid because she remarried. Jeannie has a younger step-brother. She became a model when she was an exchange student in Hong Kong and consequently began working in the industry.
She is best friends with Stephanie Ho and Moon Lau as they became close when they filmed 'Raising The Bar' in 2014. She is also close friends with Venus Wong, Kandy Wong, Cheronna Ng, Winki Lai and Anjaylia Chan from filming 'Never Dance Alone'.
