Jayne-Anne Gadhia CBE (born 19 October 1961) is the British chief executive officer of Virgin Money UK.

Early life

Gadhia was born in Stourbridge, West Midlands, and educated at Culford School, Bury St Edmunds, followed by Royal Holloway, University of London where she graduated with a BA in History.
Career

From 1982 Gadhia trained in accountancy with Ernst & Young after which she worked at Norwich Union from 1987. From 2001-06 she worked for Fred Goodwin at the Royal Bank of Scotland. She became CEO of Virgin Money in 2007.

Gadhia was asked by HM Treasury to lead a review into Women in Finance, which was published in March 2016.
She was awarded a CBE in the 2014 New Year Honours.
