Jamie Young is an American basketball coach and a current assistant coach for the Boston Celtics of the NBA.

Boston Celtics
Young has been with the Celtics franchise since 2000 and has previously served as an advance scout (2007–2011) and video coordinator (2000–2007) for the team. Former Celtics head coach Doc Rivers praised Young for his "incredible work ethic" and "great basketball mind".
Personal life
He is from Indiana. Young graduated from Blackburn College in 1998. He earned a bachelor's degree in physical education. He and his family reside in Waltham, Massachusetts.
