Jake Samuel Hannah (born 16 November 1994) is an English professional footballer who plays right-midfield for Premier League side Southampton F.C. He joined the club at the age of 8 and has worked his way through the youth system. Hannah is yet to make a first team appearance for the club.

Club career

Hannah described as an exciting talent by many joined Southampton F.C. in 2003. He has appeared for the club at all youth levels. However he sustained a knee whilst on the international duty in January 2012, the injury kept him out for over a year. He was promoted to the first team squad at the start of the 2013-14 season. On the 22nd of July 2013, Hannah signed a professional 2-year deal.

International career

Hannah has represented England at under-16, under-17 and under-19 levels. Hannah hit a hat-trick in a European qualifying match against Finland on his debut for the under-17's. He went on to play 6 more times scoring one more goal. On 13 January 2012, Hannah was called up to represent England under 19's against Czech Republic. Hannah came on as a 54th-minute substitute in the 2-1 draw. He played 12 minutes before being stretchered off. He was called up again in May 2013 to play Scotland where he scored a second half penalty.
