History
JLab was founded in 2005 in Tucson, Arizona, where they operated until 2012 when they relocated to Oceanside, California. This occurred after the company was purchased in January by a Dallas, TX based private equity group. Since then, JLab has moved away from its budget-line roots and begun re-branding itself as an affordable premium audio retailer with an athleisure-focused brand image.
In 2015, JLab's Epic Bluetooth Earbuds won a TWICE Picks Award at International CES Show in Las Vegas. The same Epic Bluetooth Headphones were featured in Livestrong.com as The Best Gear and Accessories for runners., PCMag called the Epic, "Powerful, distortion-free audio performance with deep bass presence.
