Is This the Day? is the first acoustic album by American rock band Hoobastank, released in South Korea on July 30, 2010, and in Japan on August 4, 2010. This is the first album to include bassist Jesse Charland since joining the band in January 2009.

The first single "Is This the Day?" was released on June 15, 2010.
The album finally saw a US release when it was included as a bonus disc for the Best Buy exclusive version of Fight or Flight.
