InnSuites Hospitality Trust (IHT), is a public company founded in 1971 as an unincorporated Ohio business organization. It is a real estate investment trust (REIT) offering Ownership Management, Licensing/Trademark and Membership hospitality services. Founded in 1971, it is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. The company owns and operates five hotels. In addition, it provides management services for eight hotels. For nine hotels it also extends licensing and trademark services.
