The College of Business has two campuses. The main campus is located in the State Farm Hall of Business in Normal, Illinois. The State Farm Hall of Business opened in 2005. It was built to be a 21st-century version of the Oxford College Model. The building's four stories wrap around an open-air courtyard. The $28 million facility blends the small college campus environment with a corporate presence and state-of-the-art technologies.

The second campus is located in downtown Chicago, Illinois for business professionals looking to receive their MBA. The program is a 19-month study with classes on Friday evenings and all day on Saturdays every other weekend.

    Rankings and accreditations

Both the undergraduate and graduate programs are highly ranked as one of the best in the country. Here are a few of the recent achievements:

  • The College was recognized as one of the Best Business Schools in the 2011 ranking for U.S. News and World Report.

The ranking was a part of The Best 296 Business Schools: 2013 Edition, published by The Princeton Review. Illinois State is the only public university in Illinois listed in the top 10 in any of the categories.
  • Illinois State is one of 178 schools to receive both business and accounting accreditation from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) International. This accreditation is given to high quality and excellence programs that continue to improve undergraduate and graduate business programs.
