Iga Świątek (born 31 May 2001) is a Polish tennis player. She made the quarterfinals of the 2016 Junior French Open as a qualifier, and won the Junior Fed Cup title later that year.

2016 to 2017: Junior career and early years
At 15 years of age, Iga Świątek claimed her first clay court singles title on the ITF Pro Circuit with a three-set victory over second seed Martina Di Giuseppe at the $15,000 Internazionali di Bergamo. To claim the second pro circuit singles title of her career Iga had to come through the qualifying rounds before powering through the rounds of the main event to reach the final without losing a set.
