Munster

He made his Munster debut against Dragons in March 2010. Nagle was on a full contract with Munster having been promoted from the academy for the 2010/2011 season. In November 2010, he was named Man of the Match in Munster's historic win over Australia in Thomond Park. Nagle was part of the Munster A team that won the 2011–12 British and Irish Cup on 27 April 2012.
