Hukmdev Narayan Yadav (born 17 Nov 1939) is a member of the 16th Lok Sabha of India and a former Union Minister of State. He represents the Madhubani constituency of Bihar and is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Yadav is known for his fiery speeches in the parliament.
