Hrytsiv (Ukrainian: Гриців) is an urban-type settlement in the Shepetivka Raion (district) of the Khmelnytskyi Oblast in western Ukraine. The town's population was 4,056 as of the 2001 Ukrainian Census and 3,775 in 2012.
