Holly Katherine Allen (born January 11, 1988) is an American beauty pageant titleholder from Lander, Wyoming. She is a houseguest on Big Brother 21 (US). She graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing from California State University, Chico in 2010.

Miss USA 2012
Allen won the Miss Wyoming USA title in a state pageant held in Casper, Wyoming on September 25, 2011. Allen represented Wyoming in the Miss USA 2012 pageant held in the summer of 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She did not place. She is the only woman from Lander to win the Miss Wyoming USA title. Her sister, Jessie Allen, was crowned Miss Wyoming 2014.
